Your first step in getting started at Athena Warrior Fitness is to schedule a FREE consult! Our goal in this session is to show you around our space, get to know you, and discuss how we can help you achieve your fitness and wellness goals.
In your consult, you'll sit down with one of our coaches to discuss your health history, any past or current injuries you might have, and your specific goals. They will take this time to truly get to know you and hear about everything you're looking to accomplish.
There's zero obligation to this appointment - we're not here for the hard sell or to pressure you into a purchase. Instead, we'll work with you to make sure we're a good fit and recommend the best way to get you started with us (whether it's group classes, private training, or a combination of the two) before we welcome you into the Athena Warrior family.

45 Minute Private Training

Private Training appointments can be booked by current clients who've already completed an intro assessment. Appointments can be booked up to 24 hours in advance and must be cancelled at least 24 hours in advance to avoid forfeiture of the session.
